Senior & Junior Ambassador Program

KVoorhees Photography Senior and Junior Ambassador Program model search is underway! I am looking for ambassadors from various schools in and around the Orlando/Central Florida  area to act as model representatives. Throughout the year, you may see your images on my website and social media, as well as other marketing materials. The best part is, you will have photos available to you for a reduced price! It starts with your fun and unique photo shoot and continues through your junior or senior year.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested - the deadline for selection is October 22, 2022. We are selecting a limited number of ambassadors, so submit your application as soon as you can. The Ambassador Program ends on May 6, 2023.

What is expected of our Ambassadors? 

The short answer is, to enthusiastically promote booking of junior or senior photo sessions for KVoorhees Photography. Reach out to family and friends and help get the word out about photo sessions for individuals or families. The key word is 'enthusiastically'! 

The long answer is:

• You and a parent(s) must learn about the details of the program via a virtual meeting (FaceTime/Zoom) or phone call. This gives me the opportunity to explain what you get and what is expected. We must be sure that your parent(s) are ‘on board’ since they will need to sign a contract that gives us permission to work with you as our ambassador and allows us to use photos for our marketing. A parent must be present the time of the photo session.
• We will book a FREE mini session where we will take pictures and provide web quality photos to you (with my watermark) to share on social media. 
• You will be representing our company, so we ask that you actively promote KVoorhees Photography throughout the year. 
• You must only promote KVoorhees Photography (no other photographers).
• We ask that you use your model rep images as your profile pictures on Instagram, Facebook and other social networking sites until May 2023.
• Be active on social media. Your parent(s) being active counts too. Tag and give photo credit to:
• @KVoorheesPhotos (Instagram)
• @KVoorheesPhoto1 (Twitter-if you have one)
• KVoorhees Photography (Facebook)
• And 'shout  out' about the fun session and amazing photos that you received.
• Allow KVoorhees Photography to follow your social media pages.

How do I enter? 

It’s simple! Complete the online entry application below. We will evaluate your application to see if you qualify and whether we still have openings for reps from your school. Be sure to sell us on your enthusiasm – the program is limited with the number of ambassadors. Applications must be submitted by October 22, 2022. Selection will be completed by October 29th.

What do KVoorhees Photography Ambassadors receive?

• A 30 minute  photo session for FREE - This session will provide you web quality photos (with a small watermark) for you to share on social media and 50% off all full quality DIGITAL downloads. 
• A second FREE* 30 Minute Promotional Portrait Session *if you are actively advertising our business on social media and generated at least one session referral during the duration of this experience. This session will take place during the school year with the goal to create images for you to post. If you are promoting us well, we may personally offer additional free photo sessions.

NOTE TO PARENTS: If your child is being considered to be an ambassador, you MUST sign a contract with us before we can move forward and schedule our session. This will be emailed to you if your child is selected. By entering this contest, you are permitting KVoorhees Photography to use your student’s first name and photograph on a blog, website, social media, and/or in marketing materials. You are confirming you have the authority to commit to this. Signing the contract and submitting an application in no way obligates you to make purchases from KVoorhees Photography for prints, digital images or anything else.
